This raffle is a marketing activity organised by Flix SE to promote FlixBus and FlixTrain services.

1. Organizer of the Raffle
The Raffle is organized by Flix SE, Friedenheimer Brücke 16, 80639 München, Germany, (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) in partnership with UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League (hereinafter referred to as: “Raffle”). Tickets are subject to the applicable UEFA and stadium Terms & Conditions. The Raffle is available at https://experience.flixbus.com/winyourticket (hereinafter referred to as: Promotion Site). 

2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation is open to all natural persons residing in the following countries: Austria, The Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Portugal, The Netherlands, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Ukraine. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older that have legal capacity. Minors may participate with written consent from a legal guardian. Proof of consent must be provided upon request by the Organizer. 
2.2 Employees and relatives (only immediate family) of Flix SE, and other individuals involved in the conception and implementation of the raffle are excluded from participation. This clause do not involve employees of UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League.
2.3 Participants residing in Poland are excluded from the raffle. They are eligible to participate in the competition for all matches taking place in Poland based on the following rules. The participant must answer the question. The winner will be selected based on the most creative answer. The provisions of these terms and conditions apply accordingly to this competition, with the exception of points 7.1. All matches taking place in Poland are exclusive to this competition.

3. Participation Requirements
3.1 Participation in the Raffle is free of charge and occurs by filling out the entry form on the Promotion Site during the Promotion Period.
3.2 One (1) entry per person, per match is allowed for the entire Promotion Period. Entries generated by scripts, macros, bots, or other automated means are void. Duplicate, incomplete, or illegible entries will not be accepted.
3.3 Participation requires prior acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants must confirm they have read and agree to them when submitting their entry. 

3.4 The Organizer may disqualify entries for breach of these Terms, use of automated entry methods, provision of false information, or any attempt to undermine the fair operation of the Raffle. 
3.5 Tickets are subject to UEFA and stadium rules, including ID and age checks, security screening, prohibition on resale or commercial use, and event scheduling changes. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or ticket cancellation without replacement. 

3.6 The Raffle will take place from October 23rd 2025 to May 21st 2026 on the Promotion Site.

4. The deadline to participate is the following:

For the matches on the 7th of May: deadline is on the 30th of April at 9:00 CET 

5. Prize
5.1 The following Prize will be awarded in the Raffle to each one (1) winner:

-- Two (2) First Class UEFA Europa League or UEFA Conference League tickets (hereinafter referred to as "Prize"), as selected by the Participants. (value: approximately €360 per ticket)

-- Two (2) round-trip travel with FlixBus or FlixTrain, provided a connection with these transportation options is available. Valid until 31st of May 2026. (value: approximately €200 per ticket)

-- For a few selected matches, the winners can participate in the Onsite Experience (Teams' Arrival) additionally to the regular prize. The winners are selected randomly.  This experience is awarded only to the winners that will attend the matches where this specific activation has been organized. (value: approximately €360 per person)

--Total approximate value per Prize: €920 (including Onsite Experience)
5.2 The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of valid entries received. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

5.3 If no FlixBus or FlixTrain connection is available for the journey to or from the event location, the winner will bear the costs for alternative travel arrangements.
5.4 The winner must respond to the notification email from the Organizer within 2 days to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize. 

5.5 Travel arrangements must be confirmed with the Organizer within 2 days of winner notification. 
5.6 The Organizer will provide the winner with travel vouchers/tickets electronically to the winner's email address for FlixBus or FlixTrain to the match venue. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the specific route, connection, and travel schedule. If no FlixBus or FlixTrain connection is available to the match venue (e.g. no direct route exists, no connection on the match date, route fully booked, etc.), then the winner will be responsible for bearing all costs associated with alternative travel arrangements.

5.7 Match tickets will be delivered electronically to the winner's email address or made available for collection (e.g., at the stadium box office on match day upon presentation of valid ID).

5.8 If the winner is unable to attend the designated match, the Prize will be forfeited and no alternative prize or compensation will be provided

5.9 The Prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services.

5.10 Accommodation and any other expenses are not included as part of the prize.

5.11 The winner is solely responsible for any and all personal taxes that may arise from receiving or using the prize.

5.12 Winners under the age of 18 may only claim the Prize with prior written consent from their legal guardian. To claim the Prize, the following information and documents must be provided to the Organizer: (a) the winner's full name, address and date of birth; (b) the legal guardian's full name and address; and (c) the legal guardian's written consent. 

6. Disclaimer of Liability
6.1 If the match is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or played behind closed doors, the Organizer is not responsible for any resulting loss.
6.2 The Organizer shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as under any mandatory statutory liability. In cases of slight negligence, the Organizer shall be liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) and only up to the amount of the typically foreseeable damage. Any liability beyond the foregoing is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Organizer is not liable for match/event changes or disruptions attributable to UEFA, the stadium operator, public authorities or other third parties, unless the Organizer is liable under the foregoing provisions.

7. Selection of Winners 
7.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries conducted on the Friday prior to the match by the Organizer.
7.2 Winners will be notified within 2 days after the end of the Raffle deadline via email. If no response is received from the winner within 2 days, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

8. Data Protection
8.1 Participants are required to acknowledge our Flix SE Privacy Policy prior to submitting their entry.

8.2 By clicking “submit,” you consent to the processing of your personal data (such as name, email address, and country of residence) for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting the winner. Legal basis is Art. 6 para.1 lit. a GDPR.

8.3 The processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and the Flix SE Privacy Policy, which provides further information on data handling, storage, and your rights. Personal data is collected for Raffle administration and prize delivery.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall restrict participants' legally guaranteed rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. For participants with habitual residence outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective country of residence remain unaffected. 

10. Modification 

The Organizer may modify, suspend or cancel the Raffle if this is necessary due to events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control that affect the proper or lawful conduct of the Raffle or the awarding of the Prize. The Organizer is not liable for match/event changes or disruptions (including cancellation, postponement, relocation, or matches played behind closed doors) that are attributable to UEFA, the stadium operator, public authorities, or other third parties, unless the Organizer is liable under the aforesaid.

11. In some cases, stadiums or clubs do not allow guests under the age of 18. If the winner is under the age of 18, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner in this case.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
